Why us
Sub-Zero built-ins need careful diagnosis and service that respects your kitchen.
Cooling systems, controls and door seals are what we check all week. The failure patterns are familiar before the panel is off.
Common sensors, fans, door gaskets and control parts ride with the technician.
A firm price on site. It does not change once work starts.
Parts and labor, in writing. Same fault inside that window and we return at no charge.
A warm column is not a next-week problem. Same-day slots are held open across metro Atlanta, including weekends.
Columns and integrated panels come out and go back without marking your cabinetry.

Water and ice were collecting at the bottom of the refrigerator, and the doors no longer seemed to close with a good seal.
The old gaskets had lost their shape in several places and were letting warm air into the cabinet. Debris was also slowing drainage at the bottom. Together, poor sealing and slow drainage were contributing to moisture and ice buildup.
The worn door gaskets were replaced, and the drain area was cleaned and flushed. Accumulated ice was removed during maintenance. Both doors were then adjusted and checked for even contact around the new seals.
Refrigerator and freezer gaskets; drain cleaning; ice removal; maintenance; door adjustment.
The doors closed firmly and evenly, and water drained away as it should. No fresh moisture appeared at the bottom during the final check, leaving the cabinet clean and dry.

Water was leaking around the refrigerator, and the door seals also needed attention.
The water supply tubing and connector were accessible behind the refrigerator. The service covered the freezer seal and both refrigerator door seals, as well as the water leak. Door-gasket condition and water leakage needed to be handled as separate issues. A worn seal affects cabinet moisture and cooling, while the tubing and connector behind the appliance require their own inspection for water escaping around a connection.
The freezer gasket and both refrigerator gaskets were replaced as part of the service. The condenser was cleaned, and the water leak received separate repair attention. The work addressed both moisture around the appliance and the condition of the door seals. The replacement gaskets were seated around the door edges and adjusted for even contact as the doors closed. Access to the water tubing allowed the leak area to be attended to independently, while condenser cleaning removed dirt from the upper heat-release section.
Freezer door gasket; two refrigerator door gaskets; condenser cleaning; water-leak service.
The refrigerator doors closed with an even seal, and no new water appeared during the final check. The customer was left with a dry area around the appliance and properly closing doors.

The wine cooler was no longer keeping the bottles cold.
Both display readings were at 77 when the cooler was assessed. Service focused on the inside cooling coil and condenser cleaning. The displayed numbers alone do not establish a refrigerant leak or the final cabinet temperature. The evaporator works inside the refrigerated cabinet, while the condenser releases heat outside it. Attending to both addresses the cooling process at different points. The two displayed values provided a starting observation, not a reason to invent a particular leak location.
The wine-cooler work covered evaporator-coil service and condenser cleaning. This addressed the coil that cools the cabinet and the area that releases heat outside it. The visit also included refrigerator and freezer gasket replacement on a full-size refrigerator. The evaporator service and condenser cleaning were handled as the wine cooler's own cooling work. The appliance was reassembled for an operating check after those areas were attended to. Both appliances received attention during the same visit.
Wine-cooler evaporator service; condenser cleaning; diagnostic service.
The wine cooler was keeping bottles cold again, and both storage zones were checked after service. The customer could return the wine to its usual storage conditions.

Model: 427RGService area: Atlanta metro
The wine cooler was not holding its temperature reliably, and the controls sometimes failed to respond even after restarting it.
Power and wiring connections were normal, but the main control board was not switching the cooling circuit reliably. No loose terminals or damaged wiring were found, so the fault was traced to the board rather than the connections.
The failed control board was replaced, and all wiring plugs were transferred and secured. The cabinet controls were set up again, then the cooler was run through several cooling cycles to check its response.
Main control board; wiring and terminal checks; control setup; cooling-cycle checks.
The wine cooler responded normally to its controls and held the selected temperature again. It completed the final checks without the unexpected shutdowns that had interrupted cooling.

The process
Four things we commit to, in order.
01
By phone or through the form. We ask what the appliance is doing and for the model number off the plate, so the parts it is likely to need are already on the truck when the technician arrives.
02
We confirm the window when you book, then text you when the technician sets off.
03
The technician diagnoses on site and writes the price down, including any part that has to be ordered. It does not change once work starts.
04
Parts and labor are covered up to one year, written on your invoice. If the same fault comes back inside that window, we return at no charge.
Something else in the kitchen acting up? The technician is already there, so the second unit is looked at on the same visit.
Common faults
From temperature swings to noisy fans, we trace the fault before recommending a repair.
A warm compartment can point to airflow, a fan, a sensor or the sealed system. We check the cause before replacing parts.
Frost around the door or back panel may come from a worn gasket, defrost component or blocked airflow.
Water supply, filters, inlet valves and the ice maker itself all need checking before a part is ordered.
Unstable wine storage temperature can come from airflow, sensors or the cooling system.
A new rattle or hum may come from a fan, mounting point or compressor. The sound and timing help narrow it down.
A blocked drain, water line or ice maker connection may be responsible. We locate the source before repair.
Error messages are a starting point. We verify the affected sensor or component on the unit.
Custom panels are heavy. Once hinges wear, the door can stop closing square and affect the seal and temperature.

Questions
Answered by our dispatch team.
Check that the door closes fully and the vents are clear. If the temperature keeps rising, book a diagnosis so we can check airflow, controls and the cooling system.
Yes. We diagnose built-in refrigeration, wine storage and ice makers. Please share the model number when you book.
That is normal and useful. Each column runs its own sealed system, so the fault is inside the warm unit alone and the search narrows immediately.
We identify parts from the model and serial number on your unit and confirm availability before ordering.
The technician diagnoses the unit on site and hands you a firm written price before any work begins. It does not change once the work starts.
Usually yes. Replacing a built-in means the cabinetry opening, the panels and the water line all have to work with the new unit, which turns a repair into a kitchen job. If yours is past sensible repair, the technician will say so on site.
Fulton, Cobb, DeKalb, Gwinnett, Cherokee and Forsyth, with routes running through all six every day. The full city list is in the Coverage section above; if yours is not on it, call and we will tell you straight away whether we reach you.
