Why us
A single tall refrigeration column depends on accurate sensing, steady airflow and a door that seals cleanly against custom cabinetry.
Evaporator fans, sensors, hinges and seals in column refrigeration are familiar before the panel is off. We diagnose the system, not just the symptom.
Evaporator fans, sensors, door gaskets and common control components are matched to the exact column model before replacement.
A firm price on site. It does not change once work starts.
Parts and labor, in writing. Same fault inside that window and we return at no charge.
Doors and drawers carrying custom millwork come off and go back without marking your cabinetry.
A warming column can put stored food at risk. Appointment availability is checked including weekends.

The refrigerator was too warm, the display showed 54°F and a service message had appeared.
The repair centered on the fan that circulates cold air inside the refrigerator. When this fan cannot move air properly, food can stay warm even while the cooling system is running. The appliance is an all-refrigerator column. The visit also included ice-maker cleaning. The fan sits behind the interior cover and carries cooled air from the evaporator into the storage area. Service had to focus on circulation within this refrigerator, while the ice maker received cleaning during the same appointment.
The cooling service involved replacing the interior fan motor. The ice-maker coil and mold were cleaned during the same visit. Access to the fan area allows the motor and its electrical connections to be renewed without replacing the whole refrigeration system. Reassembly needs to leave the cover and air passages clear so the replacement fan can distribute cold air throughout the shelves.
Interior evaporator fan motor; refrigerator cooling service.
The refrigerator cooled evenly again, and the warm-food complaint was resolved. Its operation was checked before the visit was finished.

Model: 201FD (freezer); companion unit: Model not readable
Water was leaking onto the floor around the refrigerator and freezer, raising concern about damage to the flooring.
The installation has separate refrigerator and freezer columns. Service focused on the freezer's ice maker and the valve that supplies it with water. Debris and staining were present in the lower machinery area, which needed attention during the leak repair. The ice maker needs a controlled fill from the inlet valve, followed by freezing and ice release. Attention to both assemblies was appropriate because water can escape from supply connections or an ice-maker fill problem without a failure in the refrigerator's separate cooling circuit.
A replacement ice-maker assembly was installed, with its wiring connector adapted to the appliance. The water inlet valve was also replaced in the lower compartment. This work addressed the water supply and ice-making components involved in the service visit. The valve connections and adapted ice-maker wiring were secured as part of fitting the replacements. The lower service area was tidied so the water connections remained accessible and any fresh moisture could be noticed during the final check.
Ice-maker assembly; water inlet valve; wiring connector preparation.
The freezer's ice-making equipment was back in place and working normally. The water connections stayed dry during the check, leaving no fresh water around the base.

Model: 601F/S
The freezer had stopped working overnight, and the customer needed help getting it cold again.
The freezer's cooling coil was opened to reach the defrost thermostat, temperature sensor and their wiring. These components control how the freezer responds to temperature and clears frost from the coil. The service also included the condenser, which releases heat from the appliance. A faulty sensor can send the wrong temperature information, while a defrost thermostat affects when the heater is allowed to operate. Both are reached at the evaporator, so the work required careful handling of the clips, wiring and nearby refrigerant tubing.
The repair involved replacing the defrost thermostat and temperature sensor, followed by condenser cleaning. Work at the cooling coil addressed the temperature-control and defrost components, rather than replacing the coil itself. The replacement controls were secured in their working positions, with their leads kept clear of the fan and panels. Cleaning the condenser removed dirt from the heat-release area, and the freezer compartment was reassembled for its return to normal operation.
Defrost thermostat; temperature sensor; condenser coil cleaning.
The freezer resumed cooling after service and was checked before being returned to use. The customer could once again rely on it to keep food frozen.

Model: 601F/F 3
The freezer was showing an E0 error message, and the customer called for service.
The repair focused on the compressor and its refrigerant connections. The machinery compartment had accumulated dust, and the cooling system required access to the compressor, copper tubing and service connections. This is a freezer-only appliance. The compressor drives refrigerant through the freezer's cooling circuit, and its replacement involves more than an electrical swap. Opening that circuit also requires a new drier and careful preparation to keep air, moisture and contamination out of the system.
The service called for a new OEM compressor and filter drier, preparation of the refrigerant circuit, removal of air and moisture and a recharge to the manufacturer's specifications. Electrical connections, startup and cooling checks were included in the repair procedure. After the component connections were made, the system was prepared for its refrigerant charge and the compressor's electrical connections were secured. Startup checks covered compressor operation and the freezer's response as the cabinet began pulling down toward its normal operating temperature.
OEM freezer compressor; filter drier; refrigerant recharge; startup and cooling checks.
The freezer was running and cooling again after the compressor service. Its response was checked at the end of the visit, with the cabinet continuing to cool before food was returned.
Common faults
A single tall refrigeration column depends on accurate sensing, steady airflow and a door that seals cleanly against custom cabinetry.
A blocked condenser, weak fan, sensor fault or sealed-system issue can each cause a column to drift above its set temperature.
A worn gasket, hinge misalignment or a door left slightly open admits warm air and creates frost around the liner.
A blocked drain or condensation path can leave water under shelves even while the unit still cools.
Long run time can follow poor ventilation, dirty condenser coils, door leakage or a control issue.
Restricted airflow or an evaporator fan problem can leave the top and bottom of a column at different temperatures.
Heavy custom panels and hinge wear can shift the door and keep the gasket from sealing evenly.
A failed switch, harness, interface or power supply can affect controls and lighting without stopping cooling.
Fan blades, compressor mounts and vibration against cabinetry can sound similar; the source needs to be isolated.
Something else in the kitchen acting up? The technician is already there, so the second unit is looked at on the same visit.

Questions
Straight answers before you book.
The cause may be airflow, a door seal, controls or the refrigeration system. A technician checks temperatures and operation before quoting the repair.
The panel and mounting hardware are protected and handled as part of the service when access is required.
Warm air often enters through a gasket or an out-of-alignment door. The seal and hinge should be checked together.
Yes. Provide the model and serial number so the technician can identify the correct construction and parts.
Parts are matched to the full model and serial number before replacement.
