Why us
A built-in refrigerator is joinery as much as it is refrigeration. Both halves have to go right.
Dual evaporators, mullion heaters, dampers, drawer rails and ice systems on French door models are familiar before the panel is off. We diagnose the system, not just the symptom.
Evaporator fans, defrost heaters, thermostats, inlet valves, door gaskets and common control boards ride with the technician.
A firm price on site. It does not change once work starts.
Parts and labor, in writing. Same fault inside that window and we return at no charge.
Doors and drawers carrying custom millwork come off and go back without marking your cabinetry.
A warming refrigerator is not a next-week problem. Same-day slots are held open including weekends.

The refrigerator's ice maker had stopped making ice.
Service required access to the refrigerator's upper control compartment. The main control board was the component selected for replacement, along with maintenance. The main board coordinates appliance functions and can interrupt ice production even when the ice-maker hardware is otherwise intact. Access through the upper service area allows the board connections to be inspected and the replacement fitted without confusing this fault with a separate water-supply repair.
The main control board was replaced, and the refrigerator received maintenance during the same service. Electrical plugs were transferred carefully and checked for secure contact. The control area was reassembled, then appliance response and ice-maker operation were checked as the refrigerator returned to service.
Main control board; diagnostic service; refrigerator maintenance.
The refrigerator controls responded normally, and the ice maker was working again. The customer could use the appliance without the earlier interruption to ice production.

Water was leaking around the refrigerator, and the door seals also needed attention.
The water supply tubing and connector were accessible behind the refrigerator. The service covered the freezer seal and both refrigerator door seals, as well as the water leak. Door-gasket condition and water leakage needed to be handled as separate issues. A worn seal affects cabinet moisture and cooling, while the tubing and connector behind the appliance require their own inspection for water escaping around a connection.
The freezer gasket and both refrigerator gaskets were replaced as part of the service. The condenser was cleaned, and the water leak received separate repair attention. The work addressed both moisture around the appliance and the condition of the door seals. The replacement gaskets were seated around the door edges and adjusted for even contact as the doors closed. Access to the water tubing allowed the leak area to be attended to independently, while condenser cleaning removed dirt from the upper heat-release section.
Freezer door gasket; two refrigerator door gaskets; condenser cleaning; water-leak service.
The refrigerator doors closed with an even seal, and no new water appeared during the final check. The customer was left with a dry area around the appliance and properly closing doors.

The refrigerator needed to be moved so damaged flooring underneath it could be repaired.
The built-in unit had to be detached before the flooring crew could move it. Its upper machinery arrangement and connection to wall wiring made this more involved than simply pulling out a freestanding refrigerator. The surrounding kitchen was already undergoing floor work.
The built-in refrigerator was prepared for removal by freeing the installation connections and attending to the surrounding fit and alignment. Its upper machinery arrangement and wall connection required careful handling while it was detached. Placement adjustments were part of the service so the flooring area could be accessed without treating the appliance as a freestanding unit.
Built-in refrigerator detachment; removal and placement adjustment.
The refrigerator was ready for the flooring work beneath it. Its placement and connection points were checked so the next stage of the room repair could proceed safely.
Common faults
Twin upper doors, a lower freezer drawer, dual cooling and an ice system create several failure patterns that look similar from the kitchen.
A failed evaporator fan, blocked air channel or stuck damper can stop cold air from reaching the upper cabinet while the freezer continues to hold temperature.
The folding center flap must enter its guide every time the left door closes. Hinge movement or a worn guide leaves a warm-air gap between the doors.
Moisture around the center seal usually points to door alignment, the mullion heater or a gasket that no longer contacts evenly.
The fill tube, inlet valve, temperature sensor and ice-maker module must all agree before a harvest cycle starts. Testing them separately prevents guesswork.
Heavy food loads and panel-ready fronts stress the rails. Once the drawer sits low, frost forms along the top edge and the compressor begins running longer.
A frozen defrost drain backs melt water onto the freezer floor, where it turns to ice or runs out when the drawer opens.
Dual evaporators and multiple sensors can produce an uneven temperature pattern. Readings under load identify whether airflow, sensing or refrigeration is responsible.
The refrigerator may keep cooling with a failed interface, damaged harness or communication fault. The main control is not automatically the cause.
Something else in the kitchen acting up? The technician is already there, so the second unit is looked at on the same visit.

Questions
Straight answers before you book.
Usually not. That split points first to airflow, a fan, a damper or frost blocking the upper compartment. A temperature and airflow check separates those faults quickly.
The center mullion must fold flat and both gaskets must meet it evenly. Door alignment, a damaged gasket or a mullion-heater fault can each create the same condensation.
Yes. The panel, rails and drawer are checked together so the gasket seals evenly without marking the cabinetry.
The ice system has its own fill valve, tube, sensor and module. Any one can stop production even when both food compartments are at the correct temperature.
For some hinge, rail and sealed-system work, yes. Panels and mounting hardware are removed, protected and reinstalled as part of the visit.
We identify OEM parts from the full model and serial number because boards, valves and fans can change between production runs.
The technician diagnoses the unit on site and gives you a firm written price before work begins. The quoted price does not change once the repair starts.
