Why us
Compact undercounter units need clear ventilation, reliable temperature control and a door that seals beneath the countertop.
Compact cooling, ventilation, drainage and panel-ready doors are checked together. We diagnose the cause, not just the symptom.
Fans, sensors, gaskets and compact cooling components are matched to the exact undercounter model before replacement.
A firm price on site. It does not change once work starts.
Parts and labor, in writing. Same fault inside that window and we return at no charge.
Doors and drawers carrying custom millwork come off and go back without marking your cabinetry.
A warming undercounter refrigerator deserves prompt attention. Appointment availability is checked including weekends.

The beverage cooler had stopped keeping drinks cold the day before the visit.
The service focused on the interior fan, which moves cold air around the beverage compartment. The rear access area was opened to reach the fan assembly. Condenser cleaning was included to deal with the appliance's heat-release area as well. The interior fan distributes cold air among the shelves, so access to its assembly required the rear cover to be opened. The condenser was a different service area, making cleaning and fan replacement complementary tasks rather than two descriptions of the same repair.
The service covered fan motor replacement and condenser cleaning. Work inside the cooler addressed the air-circulation assembly rather than assuming a refrigerant leak or compressor failure. The fan assembly was attended to behind the rear cover, with its wiring and mounting kept secure during installation. The service area was put back together so the air path remained clear, while condenser cleaning addressed heat removal outside the beverage compartment.
Fan motor; condenser cleaning; six-month warranty.
The beverage cooler was keeping drinks cold again. Its circulation and cooling response were checked after service, and the customer could return it to normal use.

The drinks were no longer staying cold, and the ice maker also needed attention.
The visit covered a Sub-Zero beverage center and a KitchenAid ice maker. Cooling operation was the concern, with the ice maker requiring electronic control-board service. The appliances needed attention to their controls and service areas. The beverage center received an operating assessment, while access to the ice maker's electronics allowed attention to the board and the connections that manage its working cycle.
The beverage center was checked for control response and general cooling operation. During the same visit, the KitchenAid ice maker received control-board service. Access to the control area allowed the board connections to be attended to, followed by reassembly and an operating check. Both appliances were returned to their installed positions and checked for normal everyday use before the appointment ended.
Beverage-center assessment; KitchenAid ice-maker control-board service.
The appliances were checked during the same visit. The beverage center was ready for regular use, and the ice maker responded normally after its control service.

The drawer refrigerators were not working as well as they should.
A corner of a drawer gasket was uneven and dirty. Service focused on the sealing edges of the refrigerated drawers. A poor drawer seal allows warm room air inside and increases moisture around the closing edge. A drawer seal must make contact along the whole opening even as the drawer moves in and out. Attention at the uneven corner therefore needed to include the gasket's seating and the drawer's closing edge rather than simply cleaning the visible surface.
The drawer-appliance service covered two small refrigerator door gaskets. A full-size refrigerator also received drain-line, door-seal and cleaning service during the visit. The two smaller gaskets were attended to around the refrigerated drawer openings, with care at the corners and closing edges. The drawers were returned to their normal positions for closure checks. Both types of refrigerator were attended to in one appointment.
Two drawer-refrigerator gaskets; one-year warranty.
The refrigerated drawers closed evenly with secure seals after service. Their movement and operation were checked so the customer could use the storage drawers normally again.
Common faults
Compact undercounter units need clear ventilation, reliable temperature control and a door that seals beneath the countertop.
Restricted airflow, condenser problems, sensors or refrigeration faults can all raise cabinet temperature.
Door sealing, repeated openings and defrost operation should be checked.
Poor ventilation or a damaged gasket can make a compact unit run longer than normal.
Hinges, custom panels and leveling can shift a door out of alignment.
Drainage and condensation paths can block and leave water at the bottom.
A worn fan or contact with frost can cause rattling or scraping.
Power, switches, wiring and the control interface need testing.
Air circulation and sensing can create uneven cooling in a small cabinet.
Something else in the kitchen acting up? The technician is already there, so the second unit is looked at on the same visit.
