Why us
Side-by-side refrigeration has two tall compartments, separate airflow paths and doors that must seal evenly from top to bottom.
Airflow between compartments, defrost parts, water systems and tall door seals are checked as one system. We diagnose the cause, not just the symptom.
Fans, defrost parts, inlet valves, gaskets and controls are matched to the exact side-by-side model before replacement.
A firm price on site. It does not change once work starts.
Parts and labor, in writing. Same fault inside that window and we return at no charge.
Doors and drawers carrying custom millwork come off and go back without marking your cabinetry.
A warming refrigerator or freezer deserves prompt attention. Appointment availability is checked including weekends.

The ice maker was not working.
The service covered the ice-maker assembly and water-fill area, along with the refrigerator door gasket and the supports holding the upper grille. Door adjustment and maintenance were also needed. The gas springs support the upper grille and are unrelated to the ice maker's electrical operation. The gasket and door alignment also needed their own service attention, so the visit combined ice production, door closing and safe access to the upper compartment.
The work included ice-maker replacement, door-gasket replacement and door adjustment. The upper grille gas springs were replaced as well, and the appliance received maintenance. Each task addressed a different part of the refrigerator rather than one shared fault. The ice-maker area was attended to alongside the door gasket and alignment work. New grille supports were fitted at the upper service opening, and maintenance was completed before the access areas were restored. The appliance's closing action, grille movement and ice-making response were checked separately.
Ice-maker assembly; door gasket; grille gas springs; door adjustment; maintenance.
The ice maker was working again, the door closed evenly and the upper grille was properly supported. Those everyday functions were checked after service so the customer could use the refrigerator normally.

The glass refrigerator door was sagging and difficult to close, and its torn seal was letting warm air in.
The gasket was split and flattened in places. Worn upper and lower hinge parts had allowed the heavy glass door to drop out of line. The condenser was also heavily coated with dust and needed cleaning during the visit.
The glass door was removed so the hinges and gasket could be replaced. It was then reinstalled and aligned for smooth closing and even seal contact. The condenser was cleaned before the completed door repair received its final checks.
Upper and lower hinges; door gasket; glass-door removal and refitting; alignment; condenser cleaning; seal check.
The heavy glass door closed smoothly without sagging, and its new seal contacted evenly all the way around. The condenser was clean, and the refrigerator was checked before returning to everyday use.

The refrigerator needed attention to its door seals and general running condition.
The lower door gasket was damaged, and the machinery compartments were heavily dusty. The condenser fan assembly also needed replacement. Poor sealing lets warm air into the cabinet, while a dirty condenser area makes it harder for the refrigerator to release heat. The lower gasket damage affected the closing edge, while the fan service involved the upper machinery compartment. Treating the seal and fan as separate tasks kept the repair focused on both cabinet closure and removal of heat from the condenser.
Two door gaskets were replaced as part of the maintenance service. The dusty condenser fan assembly was removed, and a replacement motor was installed in the upper compartment. The work combined sealing repairs with fan and cleaning service. The replacement gaskets were fitted around their door edges, and the new fan motor was secured in its upper service position. Electrical connections and cover placement needed attention before reassembly, followed by a check of the doors and appliance operation.
Two door gaskets; condenser fan motor; refrigerator maintenance.
The refrigerator doors sealed properly, and the new fan ran normally. The appliance was checked after maintenance and was ready to keep food cold again.

The refrigerator was cooling unevenly, ice was building up in the freezer and the ice dispenser did not work reliably.
Frost and poor air circulation were restricting the cooling coil. The fan motor, dispenser switch and water valve also needed attention, while the defrost components were not clearing the ice correctly. The condenser was heavily covered in dust.
The evaporator, filter drier, fan, defrost heater, temperature controls and water valve were replaced. The dispenser switch was renewed, and the condenser was cleaned. The refrigerant system was then serviced and charged with R134a before cooling and defrost checks.
Evaporator; filter drier; R134a refrigerant; fan motor; defrost heater and thermostats; water valve; dispenser switch; condenser cleaning.
The refrigerator and freezer kept steady temperatures again, and the ice dispenser responded normally. The water connections stayed dry, and the defrost check finished without the earlier ice buildup.

Water was leaking from the refrigerator and collecting near the bottom of the door.
Water was present around the lower opening and hinge area, and the condenser compartment had accumulated dust and debris. Drain cleaning was included in the service, although the exact starting point of the leak was not identified. The lower opening provided the practical area to inspect for fresh water after service. Cleaning the drain was important because the appliance needs a clear route for defrost water, while the condenser and filters required their own maintenance attention.
The repair combined drain-line cleaning with refrigerator maintenance. The water and air filters were also replaced. This addressed water removal from the appliance as well as its filter and cleaning needs. The drain path was attended to so water could leave the cabinet, and the filter service was carried out separately. The maintenance areas were then put back together, leaving the lower opening accessible for a final check that no fresh water was collecting there.
Drain-line cleaning; water filter; air filter; maintenance; one-year warranty.
Water drained away normally, and the lower door area stayed dry during the check. The filters and maintenance work were completed, and the refrigerator was ready for everyday use.
Common faults
Side-by-side refrigeration has two tall compartments, separate airflow paths and doors that must seal evenly from top to bottom.
A fan, damper or blocked air passage may prevent chilled air from reaching the fresh-food side.
A failed defrost component or a leaking door gasket can cover the evaporator in ice.
Water supply, inlet valve, temperature sensing and the ice maker itself all need to be checked.
A frozen line, filter restriction or inlet-valve fault can interrupt water flow.
Hinges, panel weight and gasket wear can create a gap along a tall door.
A blocked defrost drain or leaking water connection can collect below the cabinet.
Ice around an evaporator fan or a worn motor can create scraping or rattling sounds.
The interface, wiring and main controls are tested before a board is replaced.
Something else in the kitchen acting up? The technician is already there, so the second unit is looked at on the same visit.

The cooling and airflow paths must be checked separately; a fan or damper problem may affect only one compartment.
Yes. The water supply, filter, valves, tubing and dispenser controls can be diagnosed.
Defrost faults and air leaking past a door gasket are common possibilities.
Yes. Share the model and serial number when booking.
Panels and hardware are protected during access and reinstalled after service.
